YouthLearning Yoga Programs

YouthLearning Yoga programs integrate storytelling, games, music, language, and other arts into a completecurriculum that engages the “whole child.” We combine The Virtues Project™ with yoga principles of interdependence, oneness, and fun. Most of all, our programs engage the entire mind, body, and spirit in a way that honors all the ways children learn.
